๐Ÿงพ When Will I Be Billed?

Billing depends on which plan you're on

How Do I Know Which Plan I'm on?

Here's how you find out:

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. In the bottom left corner, click on your name (avatar) to expand your user settings
  3. Click on Billing
  4. Look at the section named Current Plan and you'll see the name of the plan that you're currently on

โญ Starter Plan

By default, everyone starts out with the Starter Plan after completing onboarding. The Starter Plan is only offered on a monthly basis (there is no yearly Starter Plan). The Starter Plan doesn't charge a recurring monthly fee*

  • *Important Exception: While the monthly Starter Plan doesn't charge a monthly recurring fee, the plan does charge usage fees for Overage Minutes if:
    • you exceed your monthly minute allotment, AND
    • you have a payment card on file
  • If you exceed your monthly minute allotment but you don't have a card on file, then you won't be charged Overage Minutes - however Sloane will also stop answering calls until your new monthly billing period begins when your monthly minutes are refreshed

๐Ÿงฐ Essentials, ๐Ÿ’ผ Pro & ๐Ÿชด Growth Plans

When purchasing either the Essentials, Pro or Growth Plan, you have the option to be billed either on a:

  • monthly basis, or
  • yearly basis

๐Ÿงฐ Essentials, ๐Ÿ’ผ Pro & ๐Ÿชด Growth Plans: Monthly

When you pay for Essentials, Pro or Growth on a monthly basis you'll be billed on the same day each month thereafter

  • Example: If you pay for Pro Monthly on February 8, your next billing date will be March 8

๐Ÿงฐ Essentials, ๐Ÿ’ผ Pro & ๐Ÿชด Growth Plans: Yearly

When you pay for Essentials, Pro or Growth on a yearly basis, you'll be billed on the same day each year thereafter

  • Example: If you pay for Pro Monthly on February 8, 2025, your next billing date will be March 8, 2026
