How to 🔼 Upgrade or ⬇️ Downgrade My Plan

You can upgrade a plan anytime but downgrading varies depending on whether you are being billed on a monthly or yearly basis.

🔼 Upgrading

  • You can upgrade your subscription at any time
  • Upgrades take effect immediately and apply to your current monthly billing period as well as at least the next two consecutive billing periods
  • Any extra fees for the current period are due at the time of the upgrade

⬇️ What Happens If I Downgrade My Monthly Plan?

If you downgrade from a higher-tier monthly plan, here's what happens:

  • 💡 Your new plan takes effect immediately, and the price difference is prorated
  • You're only charged for the time you used on the higher plan
  • You'll get a credit for the unused portion, which will be automatically applied to your next invoice
  • Example:If you're halfway through your month on the Pro plan and switch to Essentials, you'll only pay for the first half of Pro, and the rest gets credited toward next month's bill on the Essentials Plan

⬇️ What Happens If I Downgrade My Yearly Plan?

If you downgrade from a higher-tier yearly plan, here's what happens:

  • 💡 You'll keep your current plan features until the end of your annual billing period
  • You won't get a partial refund or immediate credit for the difference—but your subscription will automatically switch to the lower-tier plan when your current annual term ends
  • Example:If you paid for a yearly Pro Plan on January 1st and downgrade to the Essentials Plan in March, you'll stay on Pro through December 31st, and the Essentials plan will start on January 1st next year
