Disclaimer

Let Callers Know They're Speaking to AI

If you'd like all your callers to know they're are speaking to an AI receptionist (and not a real human), toggle the AI disclaimer on.

To turn the AI disclaimer on:

1. In your Dashboard, go to My AI
2. Click on Greeting
3. Here you can see that, by default, the Disclaimer is turned off
4. Toggle Disclaimer on
• Note: when toggled on, Sloane will say the Disclaimer instead of the Greeting
5. Use the default disclaimer or customize your own
6. Save your changes and test with a call
