Forward All Calls

1. In your OpenPhone dashboard, go to Settings → Phone Numbers
2. Choose the number you want to forward
3. Under Call Flow, click Forward all calls
4. Enter your [SloaneNumber] and confirm

Conditional Forwarding

For time-based rules:

• Go to Call Flow → Business Hours
• Under Outside business hours, set your [SloaneNumber]

For unanswered calls:

• Scroll to Unanswered Calls section
• Set to Forward to another number and input [SloaneNumber]

To Disable

• Return to Call Flow, and remove or toggle off the forwarding rules

Notes:

• Rules apply per number
• You can build custom schedules based on hours, availability, or missed calls
