Unconditional Forwarding
- Click your profile picture in the top left of the dashboard
- Navigate to Call Rules
- Toggle on Forward All Calls
- Save your changes
Scheduled or Conditional Forwarding
- Go to Call Rules → Add Schedule
- Choose the time/day(s) to forward
- Set [SloaneNumber] as the destination
- Save the schedule
To Disable
- Either toggle off forwarding or remove the schedules you created
Notes:
- Routing rules can be assigned to users, extensions, or departments
- Great for teams with varying availability or business hours
