Unconditional Forwarding

  1. Click your profile picture in the top left of the dashboard
  2. Navigate to Call Rules
  3. Toggle on Forward All Calls
  4. Save your changes

Scheduled or Conditional Forwarding

  1. Go to Call Rules → Add Schedule
  2. Choose the time/day(s) to forward
  3. Set [SloaneNumber] as the destination
  4. Save the schedule

To Disable

  • Either toggle off forwarding or remove the schedules you created

Notes:

  • Routing rules can be assigned to users, extensions, or departments
  • Great for teams with varying availability or business hours
