Specify which hours you are avaible to speak to callers when they request to be transferred.

Steps to Take When Updating Your Available Times to Speak

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. Navigate to My AI in the sidebar
  3. Click on Transfer Calls
  4. Scroll down to the section Transfer Schedule section
  5. Specify the days and hours that the either the transfer recipient or you (depending on who the transfer recipoient is) are available to receive calls that Sloane transfers
  6. Save and do a test call
