Set Up Forwarding as Admin
- Log into the Admin Portal
- Go to Phone System → Extensions
- Hover over the extension and click Edit (Pencil Icon)
- Click Call Forwarding, toggle Forward Calls ON
- Enter your [SloaneNumber] and select caller ID preference
- Save settings
For Individual Users
- Log into your Vonage account
- Go to Settings → Call Forwarding
- Add your [SloaneNumber], pick caller ID option, and save
To Disable
- Toggle off the forwarding setting or redirect to voicemail or another internal option
Notes:
- Avoid forwarding to mobile numbers using the Vonage app to prevent duplicate notifications
- Offers features like Simultaneous Ring and Follow Me
