Setup instructions for Vonage Business

Set Up Forwarding as Admin

  1. Log into the Admin Portal
  2. Go to Phone System → Extensions
  3. Hover over the extension and click Edit (Pencil Icon)
  4. Click Call Forwarding, toggle Forward Calls ON
  5. Enter your [SloaneNumber] and select caller ID preference
  6. Save settings

For Individual Users

  1. Log into your Vonage account
  2. Go to Settings → Call Forwarding
  3. Add your [SloaneNumber], pick caller ID option, and save

To Disable

  • Toggle off the forwarding setting or redirect to voicemail or another internal option

Notes:

  • Avoid forwarding to mobile numbers using the Vonage app to prevent duplicate notifications
  • Offers features like Simultaneous Ring and Follow Me
