📲 How to Use Notification Events in Sloane
Want to stay in the loop every time something happens on your Sloane line? No problem. With Notification Events, you can choose exactly what triggers a heads-up—whether it’s a new call, voicemail, or a hang-up.
Here's how to use different notifications:
- Log into your Dashboard
- In the bottom left corner, click on your name (avatar) to expand your user settings
- Click on Notifications
- Scroll down to Notification Events
- Toggle on the types of alerts you'd like to get — easy as that!
Available Notification Types
- All Calls
- Get pinged every time your business receives a call (recommended if you want to stay on top of every interaction)
- Voicemails
- Be notified when someone leaves a message for you to review later
- Monthly Limit Exceeded
- Keep tabs on your usage—get notified when you're close to or over your monthly minute allowance
- Hang-ups
- Get an alert when a caller hangs up without leaving a message (great for following up with potential missed leads)
