Always Forward Calls

1. Sign into Zoom web portal
2. Click Phone in the sidebar
3. Under Settings, find Business Hours or Closed Hours
4. Click Edit next to Call Handling
5. Choose Add Phone Number, enter [SloaneNumber], and save

Schedule-Based Forwarding

• Zoom allows rules for Business, Closed, Break, and Holiday hours
• Set different numbers or rules for each time block

To Cancel Forwarding

• Go back to Call Handling for each rule and remove [SloaneNumber] or turn off forwarding

Notes:

• External numbers must be allowed by your Zoom admin
• Changes are effective immediately
