Setting Your Business Hours
Configure your business hours so Sloane can accurately inform callers when you're open.
Setting Regular Hours
- In your Dashboard, go to Business Info
- Click on Business Hours
- For each day, set your open and close times
- Mark any days you're closed
- Save your changes
After-Hours Behavior
When callers reach you outside business hours, Sloane can:
- Inform them of your hours and when you'll reopen
- Take a message for follow-up
- Provide emergency contact information
- Forward urgent calls if configured
