Defining Your Services & FAQs
One of the most important things can do is train Sloane on the services and/or products you sell. Listing frequently asked question and answer pairs is also a great way to get Sloane to understand your business.
Defining your business's services:
- In your Dashboard, go to Business Info
- Click on Services & FAQs
- In the Services section, enter the name of your first service/product under Service Name
- As an option, you can also list the price of your first service/product under Price
- Provide a description of your first service/product under Description
- Save your changes
- Repeat the process for your second service/product and add as many services/products that you prefer

Defining your business's FAQs:
- In your Dashboard, go to Business Info
- Click on Services & FAQs
- In the Frequently Asked Questions section, enter your first question under Question
- Enter your matching answer under Answer
- Save your changes
- Repeat the process for your second question/answer pair and add as many question/answer pairs that you prefer
