Create custom answers for frequently asked questions

Defining Your Services & FAQs

One of the most important things can do is train Sloane on the services and/or products you sell. Listing frequently asked question and answer pairs is also a great way to get Sloane to understand your business.

Defining your business's services:

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Business Info
  2. Click on Services & FAQs
  3. In the Services section, enter the name of your first service/product under Service Name
  4. As an option, you can also list the price of your first service/product under Price
  5. Provide a description of your first service/product under Description
  6. Save your changes
  7. Repeat the process for your second service/product and add as many services/products that you prefer
  8. *For optimized Sloane performance, we recommend listing your most-requested services/products*

Defining your business's FAQs:

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Business Info
  2. Click on Services & FAQs
  3. In the Frequently Asked Questions section, enter your first question under Question
  4. Enter your matching answer under Answer
  5. Save your changes
  6. Repeat the process for your second question/answer pair and add as many question/answer pairs that you prefer
  7. *For optimized Sloane performance, we recommend listing your most-requested frequently asked questions*
