When Will I Be Billed?
Your billing schedule depends on which plan you're on
❓ How Do I Know Which Plan I'm On?
Follow these steps to check your plan:
- Log into your Dashboard
- In the bottom-left corner, click your name (avatar) to open User Settings
- Click Billing
- Under Current Plan, you\'ll see the plan you are on
⭐ Free Forever Plan
By default, every new user starts on the Free Forever Plan after completing onboarding. The Free Forever Plan is monthly only (there is no yearly version) and does not charge a recurring monthly fee.*
- *Important Exception: The Free Forever Plan may charge usage fees for Overage Minutes if:
- you exceed your monthly minute allotment, AND
- you have a payment card on file
- If you exceed your monthly minute allotment and do NOT have a card on file, you will not be charged for Overage Minutes. However, Sloane will stop answering calls until your next monthly billing cycle begins and your minutes reset.

🧰 Essentials, Pro & Growth Plans
These plans can be billed on either a:
- monthly basis, or
- yearly basis
💼 Monthly Billing
When you purchase Essentials, Pro, or Growth on a monthly basis, you will be billed on the same day each month.
- Example: If you purchase Pro Monthly on February 8, your next billing date will be March 8.
🪴 Yearly Billing
When you purchase Essentials, Pro, or Growth on a yearly basis, you will be billed on the same day each year.
- Example: If you purchase Pro Yearly on February 8, 2025, your next billing date will be February 8, 2026.
