We provide a number of different options for support with our Sloane product


📧 What to Include When Sending An Email

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include:

  • Your account email
  • Description of the issue
  • When the issue occurred
  • Any error messages
  • Steps you've already tried

⏰ Response Times

We typically respond to:

  • Chat messages within minutes during business hours
  • Chat messages within 4 hours
  • Emails within 24 hours
  • Phone calls within 24 hours
  • Urgent issues immediately

Common Troubleshooting Issues

💁🏽‍♂️ Problem: Sloane gives incorrect information about your business

Solution: Update your business profile with accurate information

  • Your user email (account) may be assigned to more than one business
  • Please email us at support@hi-sloane.com

  • 🙋🏽‍♀️ Problem: Sloane pauses before answering a question

    Solution: Write efficient inputs for Sloane

    • Keep Q&A pairs short and sweet
    • Sloane likes to read bulleted, efficient text
    • No need to write out flowerly language - she automatically fills in conversational flow
    • No need to write out word for word everything you want Sloane to say

    📲 Problem: Calls aren't forwarding when they should

    Solution: Check your forwarding number and make sure forwarding is enabled in settings


    🎧 Problem: Callers report audio issues

    Solution: This is usually a connectivity issue
