📲 How to Forward All Incoming Calls

  1. In you Zoom account (web portal), click Phone in the sidebar
  2. Under Settings, find Business Hours or Closed Hours
  3. Click Edit next to Call Handling
  4. Choose Add Phone Number, enter [SloaneNumber]/span>, and press Save
  5. To disable this setting, bo back to Call Handling for each rule and also remove [SloaneNumber] or turn off Forwarding

📞 How to Forward Incoming Calls Based on a Schedule

  1. In you Zoom account (web portal), click Phone in the sidebar
  2. Under Settings, you will see that Zoom allows rules for Business Hours, Closed Hours, Break and Holiday Hours
  3. Set different numbers or rules for each time block
  4. Click Edit next to Call Handling
  5. Choose , enter [SloaneNumber]/span>, and press Save
  6. To disable this setting, bo back to Call Handling for each rule and also remove [SloaneNumber] or turn off Forwarding

  1. Dial * * 6 1 * [SloaneNumber] #
  2. Press call button
  3. Listen for the confirmation sound ✅
  4. To turn off this setting, dial # # 6 1 # and press call button

  1. Dial * * 6 2 * [SloaneNumber] #
  2. Press call button
  3. Listen for the confirmation sound ✅
  4. To turn off this setting, dial # # 6 2 # and press call button

👉 Additional Notes

  • External numbers must be allowed by your Zoom admin
  • Changes are effective immediately

⚠️ Common Mistakes

  • Don't forget to test your configuration before going live. Call your Sloane number. Listen to how it sounds.
  • Nothing is set in stone. You can continually optimize different settings as you observe how your callers interact on the phone.
  • Callers tend to like simple, easily digestible information upfront. Don't over-complicate what your custom AI receptionist says.
