Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with Zoom Phone

📲How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

Zoom Web Portal (Recommended)

1. Go to zoom.us/profile and sign in.
2. Click Phone on the left sidebar.
3. Scroll to Call Handling.
4. Under When I am not available, toggle on Forward to.
5. Enter your Sloane Number.
6. Choose whether to forward Always or only When Busy / No Answer.
7. Click Save.
8. Disable by toggling off Forward to.

Zoom Desktop App

1. Open the Zoom desktop app.
2. Click your Profile photo → Settings.
3. Select Phone.
4. Scroll to Call Handling.
5. Enable Forward to.
6. Enter your Sloane Number.
7. Disable by turning the toggle off.

3. Tap Supplementary services.
4. Tap Call Forwarding.
5. Tap Always forward → enter your Sloane Number → Turn on.
6. Disable via Turn off.

Common Mistakes

• Zoom Phone forwarding must be set inside Zoom — not via device settings.
