🤖 Let Callers Know They're Speaking with AI

If you'd like your callers to know they're speaking to an AI receptionist (and not a human), turn on the AI Disclaimer Feature:

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebard, click on My AI to expand
  3. Click on Greeting
  4. Toggle on Disclaimer
    • Note: when toggled on, Sloane will say the text in Disclaimer Input instead of the Greeting input
  5. Keep the pre-loaded the Disclaimer Text or edit to customize
  6. Save your changes and place a test call
