📞 How to Place Your First Test Call
Once you've completed Onboarding, it's time to test Sloane and make sure everything sounds apt for your business
Before You Call
- Have your phone ready
- Prepare some test questions about your business
- Think about common customer inquiries
When You Call
- The Greeting: Listen to how Sloane greets you at the beginning of the call
- Ensure it sounds appropriate for your business
- Read the Customize Greeting Guide to modify
- Business Hours: Ask Sloane when your business is open
- Ensure Sloane provides accurate answers
- Read the Customize Hours Guide to modify
- Services/Products: Ask Sloane kind of services or products your business sells
- Ensure Sloane provides accurate answers
- Read the Customize Services Guide or the Customize Products Guide to modify
- FAQs: Ask Sloane your businesses' frequently asked questions
- Ensure Sloane provides accurate answers

Next Steps..
Let Callers Know They're Speaking with AI
If you'd like your callers to know they're speaking to an AI receptionist (and not a human), turn on the AI Disclaimer Feature:
- Log into your Dashboard
- In the left sidebard, click on My AI to expand
- Click on Greeting
- Toggle on Disclaimer
- Note: when toggled on, Sloane will say the text in Disclaimer Input instead of the Greeting input
- Keep the pre-loaded the Disclaimer Text or edit to customize
- Save your changes and place a test call
