Configure Message Taking from Callers

🗣️ Customize How Sloane Takes Messages

Gather better info from leads by adding your own message prompts.

Want Sloane to collect more than just a name and number when someone leaves a message? You can add custom questions tailored to your business—like asking for a project budget, a location, or anything else you find useful.

Here's how to set up:

1. In your Dashboard, go to My AI
2. Click on Questions
3. By default, Sloane always asks for a caller's name when taking a message
4. By default, Sloane always asks for a callback number when taking a message
5. For each additional question you want Sloane to ask a caller, enter the question in the input box
6. Click the save icon and test with a call
