How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for Vonage Business Users

➡️ Set Up Call Forwarding to Sloane for Vonage Business Admin Users
- Log into the Vonage Business Admin Portal
- Go to Phone System → Extensions
- Hover over the extension and click Edit (Pencil Icon)
- Click Call Forwarding, toggle on Forward Calls
- Enter your [SloaneNumber] and select Caller ID Preference
- Save settings
- To disable this setting, toggle off the forwarding setting or redirect to voicemail or another internal option
➡️ Set Up Call Forwarding to Sloane for Vonage Business Individual Users
- Log into your Vonage account
- Go to Settings → Call Forwarding
- Add your [SloaneNumber], select a Caller ID option, and select Save
- To disable this setting, toggle off the forwarding setting or redirect to voicemail or another internal option

- Dial * * 6 1 * [SloaneNumber] #
- Press call button
- Listen for the confirmation sound ✅
- To turn off this setting, dial # # 6 1 # and press call button

- Vonage Business offers features like Simultaneous Ring and Follow Me
- Avoid forwarding to mobile numbers using the Vonage app to prevent duplicate notifications
