How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for OpenPhone Users

📲 How to Forward All Incoming Calls

  1. In your OpenPhone dashboard, go to Settings → Phone Numbers
  2. Choose the number you want to forward
  3. Under Call Flow, click Forward All Calls
  4. Enter your [SloaneNumber] and press Confirm
  5. To turn off this setting, remove or toggle off the forwarding rules

  1. In your OpenPhone dashboard, go to Call Flow → Business Hours
  2. Under Outside Business Hours, set your [SloaneNumber]

  1. In your OpenPhone dashboard, scroll to the Unanswered Calls section
  2. Set to Forward to Another Number and input your [SloaneNumber]

  • Go to Settings → Apps → Phone → Live Voicemail → Toggle off Live Voicemail

  • Don't forget to test your configuration before going live. Call your Sloane number. Listen to how it sounds.
