☎️ General Landline Setup
(AT&T Landline, Frontier, CenturyLink, etc.)
Forward All Calls
- Dial * 7 2 [SloaneNumber]
- Wait for tone or confirmation and hang up
Disable All Forwarding
- Dial * 7 3
- Wait for tone and hang up
Notes:
- If these don't work, contact your landline provider directly
- These are standard codes used by most U.S. landline carriers
- No special app or hardware settings required
⚠️ Common Mistakes
- Don't forget to test your configuration before going live. Call your Sloane number. Listen to how it sounds.
- Nothing is set in stone. You can continually optimize different settings as you observe how your callers interact on the phone.
- Callers tend to like simple, easily digestible information upfront. Don't over-complicate what your custom AI receptionist says.
