Google Voice Call Forwarding Instructions
How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for Google Voice Users

➡️ Set Up Call Forwarding to Sloane
- Open Google Voice in your browser
- Go to Settings → Linked Numbers
- Click Add New Number and input your [SloaneNumber]
- Google will send a code via SMS
- Enter the code in Google Voice and verify
➡️ Activate Call Forwarding
- After verification, open Google Voice in your browser and go to Settings → Calls
- Make sure forwarding is toggled on for your [SloaneNumber]
➡️ Disable Call Forwarding to Sloane
- Open Google Voice in your browser
- Toggle off Call Forwarding under Calls, or
- Remove your [SloaneNumber] from Linked Numbers
👉 Additional Notes
- Google Voice supports only full (unconditional) forwarding
- Setup must be done from a browser — not via mobile app
- For clean caller ID display, turn off Display my Google Voice number on outgoing calls
- Disable Live Voicemail in iOS for best compatibility
⚠️ Common Mistakes
- Don't forget to test your configuration before going live. Call your Sloane number. Listen to how it sounds.
- Nothing is set in stone. You can continually optimize different settings as you observe how your callers interact on the phone.
- Callers tend to like simple, easily digestible information upfront. Don't over-complicate what your custom AI receptionist says.
