Customize Your Business Hours

Customize your business hours so Sloane can accurately inform callers when you're open and closed.

Configure Regular Hours

1. Navigate to the Left Sidebar in your Dashboard (in mobile view, click the Toggle in bottom left corner to expand sidebar)
2. Click Business Info to expand more options
3. Click Business Hours to open Business Hours page
4. Click the Toggle to designate open/closed for each day of the week
5. Type a time in Opening Time and Closing Time for each day of the week the business is open
6. Check the Checkbox to designate if the business is open 24 hours any day of the week

Configure After-Hours Behavior

When callers call your business outside of business hours, Sloane can:

• Inform them of your hours and when you'll reopen
• Take a message for follow-up
• Provide emergency contact information
• Forward urgent calls if configured in the Transfer Calls feature
