How to configure the Transfer Calls feature so Sloane knows when to transfer calls to you

Which Days/Hours I'm Available to Receive Transferred Calls
Specify which hours you are avaible to speak to callers when they request to be transferred
🙊 Steps to Take When Updating Your Available Times to Speak
- Log into your Dashboard
- Navigate to My AI in the sidebar
- Click on Transfer Calls
- Scroll down to the section Transfer Schedule section
- Specify the days and hours that the either the transfer recipient or you (depending on who the transfer recipoient is) are available to receive calls that Sloane transfers
- Save and do a test call
