Conditional Call Forwarding to Sloane
π¨πΏβπ»Frontier Does Not Support Busy / No-Answer / Unreachable Codes
Frontier home phone and Frontier VoIP lines do not support conditional call forwarding like *61, *67, or *62.
However, you can simulate conditional behavior by enabling:
- Forward Calls When Busy (if available in portal)
- Forward Calls When Unanswered
- VoIP Failover Routing
These rules can forward to your Sloane Number.
Common Mistakes
- Star codes *21, *61, *67, etc. do not work on Frontier.
- If forwarding doesnβt activate, try disabling voicemail first.
- Copper landline and VoIP accounts may have different feature availability.
- Some Frontier markets require a short pause after *72 before dialing the number.
