Creating a Form Link

👷🏿 How to Add a New Form

1. Log into your Dashboard
2. In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Form Links.
3. In the Form Link page, click Add Form Link
4. Click Expand Form Preferences
5. Enter a name for your Form Link in the input box
6. Enter a form description (this will appear at the top of your form and helps callers understand the purpose of the form)
7. Turn on the Text Enabled/Disabled Toggle.

💬 How to Configure Form Link Triggers

1. Click Expand Form Link Trigger Settings
2. Enter your keywords in the Caller Keywords box:
• Separate each keyword with a comma
• Include related keywords (e.g., “price”, “pricing”, “cost”)
• Suggested related keywords may auto-populate as you type
• Use the Keyword Sensitivity dropdown to set how strictly Sloane should interpret your keyword rules

⛰ How to Add Questions to Your Form

1. Click Expand Questions
2. Click Add Form Question
3. Enter the the first question in the Question input box
4. Under Answer Format, select the format of the expected answer
5. Under Input Type, select the input type for tge expected answer
6. Under Placeholder Text, type the placeholder text you want to display in the form's input box
7. Check the Required Field checkbox if you want the question to be non-optional (caller must answer before proceeding)
8. In the Text Content box, type out exactly what you want your text message to say
9. Callers will receive exactly what you write in the Text Content box, so it's important something that is clear and concise
10. Click the green Save button to save the question
11. Repeat this process for every additional question you wish to include in the form

🎩 How to See Your Published Form

1. Click Expand Sharing & Testing
2. Copy the URL and paste it in a web browser
3. Sloane will send this URL to callers based on the keyword triggers you configured

🧪 How to Test Sending the Form Link

1. Click Expand Sharing & Testing
2. Enter your number (capable of receiving SMS texts) in the Send Test Text To input and click the Send Test Text button
