Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with Google Fiber Phone

📲How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

Google Fiber Phone Dashboard (All Calls)

  1. Go to https://fiber.google.com/account/ and sign in.
  2. Select Phone from the sidebar.
  3. Select Call Forwarding.
  4. Enable Forward all calls.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Save your settings.
  7. To disable, toggle Forward all calls off.

iPhone (All Calls)

  1. Forwarding is controlled only through your Google Fiber Phone account.
  2. The iPhone Call Forwarding toggle does nothing for Google Fiber Phone.

Samsung (All Calls)

  1. Forwarding cannot be set from the device.
  2. Use the Google Fiber Phone dashboard instead.

Motorola (All Calls)

  1. Forwarding must be configured in your Google Fiber Phone account.
  2. Device settings will not change call routing.

Conditional Call Forwarding to Sloane

iPhone: Forward When You Don't Answer

Google Fiber Phone does not support device-based conditional forwarding.
Use the dashboard:

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if unanswered → 3105551234

iPhone: Forward When You're Busy

Configure through your Google Fiber Phone account:

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if busy → 3105551234

iPhone: Forward When Unreachable

Google Fiber Phone handles this automatically; set it in the dashboard:

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if unreachable → 3105551234

iPhone: Turn Off Conditional Forwarding

Disable each rule:

Forward if unanswered → Off
Forward if busy → Off
Forward if unreachable → Off

Samsung: Forward When You Don't Answer

Use the Google Fiber dashboard (device cannot do it):

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if unanswered → 3105551234

Samsung: Forward When You're Busy

Configure online:

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if busy → 3105551234

Samsung: Forward When Unreachable

Configure online:

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if unreachable → 3105551234

Samsung: Turn Off Conditional Forwarding

Disable rules in the dashboard.

Motorola: Forward When You Don't Answer

Use dashboard (devices are not involved):

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if unanswered → 3105551234

Motorola: Forward When You're Busy

Set via the Google Fiber account portal.

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if busy → 3105551234

Motorola: Forward When Unreachable

All conditional rules must be set online:

Phone → Call Forwarding → Forward if unreachable → 3105551234

Motorola: Turn Off Conditional Forwarding

Disable each rule individually.

Common Mistakes

  • Star codes (*21*, *61*, *67*) do not work with Google Fiber Phone.
  • All forwarding must be enabled from the Google Fiber Phone account portal.
  • Device call-forwarding menus do not apply to VOIP lines.
  • If forwarding doesn't activate, refresh the Google Fiber dashboard and re-save settings.
