How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for Aircall Users

Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with Aircall
π²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane
Aircall Web / Admin Dashboard
- Log in to your Aircall account at app.aircall.io.
- Navigate to the Numbers tab (or βTeam Numbersβ if using a shared number).
- Select the phone number you want to forward.
- Go to Settings β Call Forwarding / Forwarding & Routing.
- Enable Always Forward (All Calls).
- Enter your Sloane Number as the forwarding destination.
- Click Save.
- To disable, return to this screen and disable the forwarding toggle.
Aircall Desktop / Mobile App (iOS & Android)
- Open the Aircall app on your device or desktop.
- Go to Settings or Admin Settings (if you have admin access).
- Select Numbers or the relevant Team Number.
- Tap/Click on Call Forwarding / Routing.
- Enable Always Forward.
- Enter your Sloane Number.
- Save or confirm the changes.
Device Call-Forwarding Settings
- Do not use your phoneβs native call-forwarding settings β whether iPhone or Android. They will not affect Aircall numbers.
- Aircall is a cloud VoIP system; all forwarding must be configured via Aircallβs interface (dashboard or app).
Conditional Call Forwarding to Sloane

Setting Conditional Forwarding in Aircall
- Open the Aircall Dashboard or App.
- Go to Numbers β [Your Number] β Routing / Call Handling / Advanced Settings.
- Configure rules like:
- If no answer β forward to Sloane Number
- If busy / line unavailable β forward to Sloane Number
- If unreachable / offline β forward to Sloane Number
- Enter your Sloane Number for each condition.
- Save the changes.
Turning Off Conditional Forwarding
- Return to the routing or call-handling rules for your number.
- Remove or disable any forwarding rules (no-answer, busy, unreachable).
- Save changes.
Common Mistakes
- Do not rely on device settings β Aircall ignores them for VoIP numbers.
- Be careful about creating loops: forwarding back to another Aircall number may cause endless cycles.
- If conditional rules arenβt saved properly, forwarding may silently fail β always test after configuration.
- If you have multiple numbers/users, ensure you modify the correct line.
