Defining Frequently Asked Questions About Your Business

Listing frequently asked questions that are paired with answers is a great way to train Sloane to understand your business. This makes her more effective when speaking to callers.


Defining your business's FAQs:

  1. In your Dashboard, go to Business Info
  2. Click on Services & FAQs
  3. In the Frequently Asked Questions section, enter your first question under Question
  4. Enter your matching answer under Answer
  5. Save your changes
  6. Repeat the process for your second question/answer pair and add as many question/answer pairs that you prefer
