How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for Dialpad Users

➡️ Link Your Sloane Number to Dialpad
- Enable Dialpad Verification in your Sloane Profile
- Log into your Dialpad account and go to Settings → Your Devices
- Select Add New → Forwarding Number
- Enter [SloaneNumber] and click Verify
- Dialpad will call your Sloane number and require Sloane to press "1"
➡️ Turn On Call Forwarding to Sloane in Your Dialpad Account
- Log into your Dialpad account and go to Settings → Your Devices
- Choose whether to Forward Always, Forward on No Answer or Forward Based on Availability
- To disable this setting, return to Your Devices and remove or disable the forwarding entry

- Dialpad supports advanced logic like ring groups, departments, and availability rules
- Dialpad verification is required and handled through your Sloane Profile

- Don't forget to test your configuration before going live. Call your Sloane number. Listen to how it sounds.
