Common Mistakes
- Changing forwarding on the desk phone but not updating your Mitel routing profile.
- Forgetting that Mitel uses profiles/modes (In Office, Out of Office, Extended Away, etc.) that each have independent routing.
- Expecting wireless carrier star codes to work β Mitel uses PBX routing only.
- Not testing forwarding from both softphone and desk phone.
