Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with Mitel

πŸ“²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

On Mitel Desk Phones (MiVoice / MiCloud)

  1. Press the Menu or Settings key on your Mitel phone.
  2. Select Call Forwarding.
  3. Choose Always Forward.
  4. Enter your Sloane Number.
  5. Press OK or Enable to activate forwarding.

Mitel Connect / Web Portal (All Calls)

  1. Log in to your Mitel Connect or MiCloud Connect portal.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Select Call Routing or Call Forwarding.
  4. Under your active routing mode, choose Always Forward.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Save your changes.

Forward When You Don't Answer

Configure β€œNo Answer” forwarding:

Set your β€œBusy” forwarding rule:

Forward When Unreachable (offline / network issue)

Set the β€œUnreachable / Offline” routing option:

Turn Off Conditional Forwarding

Disable routing rules for each condition:

Common Mistakes

  • Changing forwarding on the desk phone but not updating your Mitel routing profile.
  • Forgetting that Mitel uses profiles/modes (In Office, Out of Office, Extended Away, etc.) that each have independent routing.
  • Expecting wireless carrier star codes to work β€” Mitel uses PBX routing only.
  • Not testing forwarding from both softphone and desk phone.
