How to Create an Info Text

Create an informational text and train Sloane when to send it to callers

Creating an Info Text

👷🏿 How to Add a New Info Text

  1. Log into your Dashboard.
  2. In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Info Texts.
  3. In the Info Text page, click Add Info Text.
  4. Enter a name for your Info Text in the input box.
  5. Turn on the Text Enabled/Disabled Toggle.

💬 How to Configure Info Text Triggers

  1. Click Expand Info Text Trigger Settings.
  2. Enter your keywords in the Caller Keywords box:
    • Separate each keyword with a comma
    • Include related keywords (e.g., “price”, “pricing”, “cost”)
    • Suggested related keywords may auto-populate as you type
    • Use the Keyword Sensitivity dropdown to set how strictly Sloane should interpret your keyword rules

How to Write Your Info Text

  1. Click Expand Text Content.
  2. In the Text Content box, type out exactly what you want your text message to say
  3. Callers will receive exactly what you write in the Text Content box, so it's important something that is clear and concise
