How to View Responses to Form Link

Viewing Caller Responses

1. Log into your Dashboard
2. Click on My AI in the left sidebar to expand
3. Click on Form Links
4. In the Form Links page, select the Responses tab
5. View caller responses to a specific form by selecting the form name in the Form dropdown (or view all forms)
6. Filter by date using the Date Range dropdown
7. Scroll down to view the list of callers who completed the form
8. Click the View button next to a specific caller to view the actual form responses submitted by the caller

🧾 PDF Export (print-friendly)

1. Follow the instructions provided above for viewing the Responses tab in the Form Links page
2. To export a PDF (or print) a list of completed forms, click the Export button
3. To export a PDF (or print) an individual completed form, click the View button next to the form in the list and then click the Export PDF button
