Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with MagicJack for Business
π²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane
MagicJack for Business Portal (All Calls)
- Log in to your MagicJack for Business dashboard.
- Select your business line.
- Open Call Settings.
- Enable Call Forwarding.
- Enter your Sloane Number and save.
- Disable by turning off Call Forwarding.
Desk Phone Interface (All Calls)
- Press the Menu button.
- Navigate to Features.
- Select Call Forward.
- Enter your Sloane Number.
- Press Enable.
- Disable by selecting Disable.
Conditional Call Forwarding to Sloane
π¨πΏβπ»MagicJack for Business Does Not Support Busy/No-Answer/Unreachable Codes
There is no GSM-network conditional call forwarding, but similar behavior may be configured using:
- Simultaneous Ring
- Failover Forwarding
- Auto-Attendant Routing
You can forward all non-answered calls using features inside the portal instead of star codes.
Common Mistakes
- MagicJack for Business forwarding only works if the VoIP device is online.
- Reboot your desk phone or app if forwarding doesnβt take effect.
- Star codes (*21, *61, *67, *62) do not work on MagicJack for Business.
