🗑️ Delete Your Stored Recordings

How to remove all stored call recordings and transcripts from your account.

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. In the bottom left corner, click on your name (avatar) to expand your user settings
  3. Click on Notifications
  4. Scroll down to Your Data
  5. Click Delete Recordings and follow the prompts on the screen

❌ Close Your Sloane Account

Ready to leave Sloane? We'll be sad to see you go. Follow these steps to close your account:

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. In the bottom left corner, click on your name (avatar) to expand your user settings
  3. Click on Notifications
  4. Scroll down to Account Security
  5. Click Close Account and follow the prompts on the screen
