📲How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

Ooma Office Manager Portal (All Calls)

  1. Log in to the Ooma Office Manager at office.ooma.com.
  2. Go to Users.
  3. Select the user/extension.
  4. Open Call Forwarding.
  5. Enable Forward All Calls.
  6. Enter your Sloane Number and save.
  7. Disable by turning forwarding off.

Ooma Office App (All Calls)

  1. Open the Ooma Office mobile app.
  2. Tap the Menu icon.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Call Forwarding.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Enable forwarding.
  7. Disable by toggling off.

Conditional Call Forwarding to Sloane

👨🏿‍💻Ooma Office Uses PBX Routing — No GSM Star Codes

Ooma Office does not support *61, *67, *62, or other carrier-level conditional forwarding codes.

However, you can create conditional-style routing using:

  • Ring Groups
  • Simultaneous Ring
  • Multi-Ring
  • Failover Forwarding
  • Virtual Receptionist routing

Common Mistakes

  • Ooma Office forwarding applies at the PBX level, not the device.
  • Desk phones may need to be rebooted to sync new forwarding rules.
  • Star codes will not work with Ooma Office.
