ā Starter Plan (Free Plan)
By default, everyone starts out with the Starter Plan after they complete onboarding. The Starter Plan is only offered on a monthly basis (there is no yearly Starter Plan). The Starter Plan doesn't charge a recurring monthly fee*
- *Important Exception: While the monthly Starter Plan doesn't charge a monthly recurring fee, the plan does charge usage fees for Overage Minutes if:
- you exceed your monthly minute allotment, AND
- you have a payment card on file
- If you exceed your monthly minute allotment but you don't have a card on file, then you won't be charged Overage Minutes - however Sloane will also stop answering calls until your new monthly billing period begins when your monthly minutes are refreshed
