Info Texts Basics
π€¨ What are Info Texts?
- Configure Sloane to send informational texts to callers through natural conversation using caller keyword triggers
- Businesses often use Info Texts that contain a list of services, a pricing guide, or a payment link (e.g., Venmo, Zelle, etc.)
- Info Texts can be extremely effective since Sloane will be texting a caller directly with information about your business
π·πΏ How to Add a New Info Text
- Log into your Dashboard.
- In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Info Text.
- In the Info Text page, click Add Info Text.
- Enter a name for your Info Text in the input box.
- Turn on the Text Enabled/Disabled Toggle.
π¬ How to Configure Info Text Triggers
- Click Expand Info Text Trigger Settings.
- Enter your keywords in the Caller Keywords box:
- Separate each keyword with a comma
- Include related keywords (e.g., βpriceβ, βpricingβ, βcostβ)
- Suggested related keywords may auto-populate as you type
- Use the Keyword Sensitivity dropdown to set how strictly Sloane should interpret your keyword rules
β° How to Write Your Info Text
- Click Expand Text Content.
- In the Text Content box, type out exactly what you want your text message to say
- Callers will receive exactly what you write in the Text Content box, so it's important something that is clear and concise
