How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for RingCentral Users

📲 How to Forward All Incoming Calls

  1. In your RingCentral dashboard, click your profile picture in the upper left corner
  2. Navigate to Call Rules
  3. Toggle on Forward All Calls
  4. Save your changes
  5. To disable this setting, either toggle off forwarding or remove the schedules you created

📞 How to Configure Call Forwarding Based on Schedules

  1. Go to Call RulesAdd Schedule
  2. Choose the time/day(s) to forward
  3. Set [SloaneNumber] as the destination
  4. Save the schedule
  5. To disable this setting, either toggle off forwarding or remove the schedules you created

  • Go to SettingsAppsPhoneCall Forwarding → Toggle on Call Forwarding
  • Go to SettingsAppsPhoneLive Voicemail → Toggle off Live Voicemail
