📲 How to Forward All Incoming Calls
- In your RingCentral dashboard, click your profile picture in the upper left corner
- Navigate to Call Rules
- Toggle on Forward All Calls
- Save your changes
- To disable this setting, either toggle off forwarding or remove the schedules you created

📞 How to Configure Call Forwarding Based on Schedules
- Go to Call Rules → Add Schedule
- Choose the time/day(s) to forward
- Set [SloaneNumber] as the destination
- Save the schedule
- To disable this setting, either toggle off forwarding or remove the schedules you created
