How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for Phone.com Users

Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with Phone.com

πŸ“²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

Phone.com Web Dashboard

  1. Log in at my.phone.com.
  2. Go to Configure in the top menu.
  3. Select Call Handling Rules (for your extension or phone number).
  4. Under When Someone Calls, choose Forward to Phone Number.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Click Save Rule.
  7. To disable, change the rule back to your preferred handling (e.g., ring devices).

Phone.com Mobile App (iPhone & Android)

  1. Open the Phone.com Mobile App.
  2. Tap the Menu or Profile icon.
  3. Select Settings.
  4. Tap Call Forwarding.
  5. Enable Forward All Calls.
  6. Enter your Sloane Number and confirm.

Device Call-Forwarding Settings

  1. Do not use the iPhone or Android β€œCall Forwarding” menus – they will NOT forward your Phone.com VoIP number.
  2. All forwarding must be done inside Phone.com’s dashboard or app.

Phone.com is a cloud PBX system. Conditional forwarding (no answer, busy, offline) must be set through call routing rules, not star codes.

Forward When You Don’t Answer

  1. In the Phone.com dashboard, go to Call Handling Rules.
  2. Choose Add Rule or edit the existing one.
  3. Set If Not Answered β†’ Forward to Phone Number.
  4. Enter your Sloane Number.

Forward When You’re Busy

  1. Open Call Handling Rules.
  2. Set If Line Is Busy β†’ Forward to Phone Number.
  3. Enter your Sloane Number.

Forward When Unreachable (Offline / No Internet)

  1. In the routing options, find If Offline / Device Not Registered.
  2. Set it to Forward to Phone Number.
  3. Enter your Sloane Number.

Turning Off Conditional Forwarding

  1. Return to the Call Handling Rules section.
  2. Remove or disable the conditional rules (no-answer, busy, unreachable).
  3. Save your changes.

Common Mistakes

  • Star codes (*21, *61, *67, *62) do not work on VoIP numbers.
  • Forwarding must be configured in the Phone.com dashboard or app only.
  • Make sure you configure rules at the correct extension if you have multiple users.
  • Always test after updating rules β€” especially no-answer or offline conditions.
