Verifying Your Business Profile Info

How to verify your business name, hours and other baseline details

👍 Verify Your Business Profile Is Accurate

Once you've completed onboarding, it's a good idea to look at your Business Profile and make sure everything is accurate

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. Click on Business Profile in the left sidebar
  3. Look over the following inputs to ensure they're correct:
    • Business Name
    • Industry
    • Business Website (if you have one)
    • Business Address
    • Business Phone Number (your existing number)
    • Timezone
    • Business Description

🥸 Pro Tips

  • Your Business Name and Business Description are the most important inputs when training Sloane -- make sure they are accurate
  • If something is missing or inaccurate, write your changes in the input field and press the green Save button

Next Steps..

🎖️ Add Additional Training Data

Once you've completed onboarding, we recommended adding additional data to your Dashboard to train Sloane -- this allows her to answer callers' questions about your businesss more thoroughly

  1. Log into your Dashboard
  2. In the left sidebar, click Business Info to expand the following tabs:

📞 Place Your First Test Call

Once you've completed Onboarding, it's time to test Sloane and make sure everything sounds apt for your business

Before You Call

  1. Have your phone ready
  2. Prepare some test questions about your business
  3. Think about common customer inquiries

When You Call

  1. The Greeting: Listen to how Sloane greets you at the beginning of the call
  2. Business Hours: Ask Sloane when your business is open
  3. Services/Products: Ask Sloane kind of services or products your business sells
  4. FAQs: Ask Sloane your businesses' frequently asked questions
