Understanding How Voice Settings Work

Customize Sloane from 480 available voice permutations by choosing from 10 different languages, 8 different voice styles and 6 different voice tones

1. Voice Style: choose the voice style that best represents your business personality and brand. Choose from 8 available voice styles.
2. Voice Tone: adjust how Sloane's tone sounds to callers. This affects the emotional delivery of responses. Choose from 6 available voice tones.
3. Language: select the primary language for Sloane to use when speaking with callers. Choose from 10 available languages.
4. Name: give your AI assistant a name other than Sloane. It will use this name when introducing itself to callers.

🪮 How to Change the Voice Style for Sloane

1. In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Voice Settings
2. In the Voice Settings page, click the Voice Style dropdown
3. Choose from 8 different voice styles:
   • Startup Hustler
   • Luxury Concierge
   • Neighborhood Local
   • The Assistant
   • The Closer
   • The Guide
   • Bright & Bubbly
   • Late-Night DJ
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Preview Voice button to hear how your voice sounds

🎹 How to Change the Voice Tone for Sloane

1. In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Voice Settings
2. In the Voice Settings page, click the Voice Tone dropdown
3. Choose from 6 different voice tones:
   • Warm & Welcoming
   • Crisp & Professional
   • Upbeat & Friendly
   • Neutral & Balanced
   • Relaxed & Casual
   • Empathetic & Gentle
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Preview Voice button to hear how your voice sounds

1. In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Voice Settings
2. In the Voice Settings page, click the Language dropdown
3. Choose from 10 different languages:
   • English (US)
   • Spanish (Mexico)
   • French (France)
   • Filipino (Philippines)
   • German (Germany)
   • Italian (Italy)
   • Portuguese (Portugal)
   • Chinese (Mandarin)
   • Japanese (Japan)
   • Korean (Korea)
4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the Preview Voice button to hear how your voice sounds

🧐 How to Change the Name of Your AI Receptionist

1. In the left Sidebar, expand the My AI accordion and select Voice Settings
2. In the Voice Settings page, change the name "Sloane" in the Voice Name input box to whatever name you prefer. The AI receptionist will use this as their name instead of Sloane.
3. Important: after changing the name, check your Greeting in the Greeting Page and make sure it doesn't say Sloane
