πŸ“²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

Avaya Cloud Office App (Desktop & Mobile)

  1. Open the Avaya Cloud Office app.
  2. Select your Profile (top-right).
  3. Choose Settings β†’ Call Handling & Forwarding.
  4. Under the active call-handling rule, enable Forward All Calls.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Save your settings.

Admin Portal (Forward All)

  1. Go to the Avaya Cloud Office Admin Portal.
  2. Select Users, then choose the relevant user.
  3. Open Call Handling & Forwarding.
  4. Select Forward All Calls.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Save changes.

Forward When You Don't Answer

Set β€œNo Answer” forwarding inside Call Handling:

Configure the β€œBusy” condition:

Forward When Unreachable (offline / app closed / device not registered)

Use the β€œUnreachable” option:

Turn Off Conditional Forwarding

Disable forwarding under each call condition:

Common Mistakes

  • Editing the wrong call-handling mode (Work Hours vs After Hours vs Custom Rules).
  • Not realizing Avaya Cloud Office forwarding rules override desk-phone settings.

  • Forgetting to test forwarding from both softphone and desk phone.
