Create Booking Slots For Your Booking Page

📆 How to Create Booking Slots

When Sloane books appointments for your business, it's important to define one or more types of booking slots to display on your Booking Page. Booking Slots can signify the purpose, duration and the cost of an appointment. For example, a booking slot could be a "30-minute Discovery Session for $125" or a "Hair Appointment for $55.""

1. Log into your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Texting in the sidebar
3. Click on Booking Links
4. In the Booking Link tab, verify you already Connected Your Calendar
5. Scroll down to Booking Slots
6. Select Add Slot and an Edit Booking Slot window will expand
7. Adjust the values in the following dropdowns:
• Slot Name
• Duration
• Price
• Meeting Type
• Description

🕑 Configure Scheduling Rules

1. Log into your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Texting in the sidebar
3. Click on Booking Links
4. In the Booking Link tab, scroll down to Booking Slots & Scheduling Preferences where you'll find Scheduling Rules
5. Adjust the values in the following dropdowns:
• Minimum Notice (hours)
• Maximum Advance (days)
• Time Increments (minutes)
• Buffer Before (minutes)
• Buffer After (minutes)

💬 Enable Sloane to Text Callers Booking Links

1. Log into your Dashboard
2. Navigate to Texting in the sidebar
3. Click on Booking Links
4. In the Booking Link tab, verify you already Connected Your Calendar
5. Scroll down to Text Message which contains your pre-loaded Booking Link
6. Verify your Booking Link looks like https://app.hi-sloane.com/book/[your-company-name]
7. Either use the pre-loaded Text Message as is or customize it -- but make sure you don't change your unique Booking Link
8. Enable the Toggle Button and let Sloane start texting callers your Booking Link
