πŸ“²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane

3CX Web Client (All Calls)

  1. Log in to your 3CX Web Client or 3CX Desktop App.
  2. Select Settings from the left menu.
  3. Open Call Forwarding.
  4. Under the Available Status you want to modify (Available, Away, DND, etc.), choose:
    • Forward All Calls
  5. Enter your Sloane Number in the forwarding field.
  6. Click Save.

3CX Mobile App (iPhone / Android)

  1. Open the 3CX App.
  2. Tap your Profile Status at the top.
  3. Tap the status you want to edit (Available, Away, DND, etc.).
  4. Enable Forward All Calls.
  5. Enter your Sloane Number.
  6. Save your changes.

Forward When You Don't Answer

Set your "No Answer" forwarding rule:

Set your "Busy" forwarding rule:

Forward When Unreachable (offline / app closed / no internet)

Configure the "Unregistered" forwarding rule:

Turn Off Conditional Forwarding

Disable forwarding for each condition:

3CX Web Client β†’ Settings β†’ Call Forwarding β†’ (No Answer / Busy / Unregistered) β†’ Disable

Common Mistakes

  • Editing the wrong status (Available vs Away vs DND) and assuming all statuses share the same forwarding rules.
  • Forgetting that 3CX forwarding is status-based, not system-wide by default.
  • Expecting GSM star codes to work β€” 3CX is a PBX, not a wireless carrier.
  • Not testing forwarding from both desktop and mobile apps.
