How to Forward Incoming Calls to Sloane for 3CX Users

Unconditional Call Forwarding to Sloane with 3CX
π²How to Forward All Incoming Calls to Sloane
3CX Web Client (All Calls)
- Log in to your 3CX Web Client or 3CX Desktop App.
- Select Settings from the left menu.
- Open Call Forwarding.
- Under the Available Status you want to modify (Available, Away, DND, etc.), choose:
- Forward All Calls
- Enter your Sloane Number in the forwarding field.
- Click Save.
3CX Mobile App (iPhone / Android)
- Open the 3CX App.
- Tap your Profile Status at the top.
- Tap the status you want to edit (Available, Away, DND, etc.).
- Enable Forward All Calls.
- Enter your Sloane Number.
- Save your changes.

Forward When You Don't Answer
Set your "No Answer" forwarding rule:
3CX Web Client β Settings β Call Forwarding β No Answer β Forward To: <Sloane Number>
Forward When You're Busy
Set your "Busy" forwarding rule:
3CX Web Client β Settings β Call Forwarding β Busy β Forward To: <Sloane Number>
Forward When Unreachable (offline / app closed / no internet)
Configure the "Unregistered" forwarding rule:
3CX Web Client β Settings β Call Forwarding β Unregistered β Forward To: <Sloane Number>
Turn Off Conditional Forwarding
Disable forwarding for each condition:
3CX Web Client β Settings β Call Forwarding β (No Answer / Busy / Unregistered) β Disable
Common Mistakes
- Editing the wrong status (Available vs Away vs DND) and assuming all statuses share the same forwarding rules.
- Forgetting that 3CX forwarding is status-based, not system-wide by default.
- Expecting GSM star codes to work β 3CX is a PBX, not a wireless carrier.
- Not testing forwarding from both desktop and mobile apps.
